★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service so poor, it has been almost 20 minutes and even after several calls the table has not been clean nor does anyone came to take orders.
After 30mins we left the eatery without anyone entertain use. This particular branch definitely needs to be boycotted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I go breakfast here. Their service was the worst thing ever. I wait almost 30 min to order. I order mee goreng & tosai but new customers get their food before me. I don’t know if their so slow or so stupid in management. I really don’t recommend this kind of place. Think twice before you want to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu-wise, the eatery offers your typical, mamak fare. They serve all sorts of roti eg murtabak, prata, naan etc. Their mutton and beef soups are not consistent. The first 2 times I had them, it was still edible. On the 3rd time, they gave me fats instead of actual meat. And, the soup was too oily. I ended up throwing it all away which was a waste to say the least.
Being attached to Plaza Shah Alam, this mamak eatery offers convenience and a supposedly 'cheaper' alternative compared to the other eateries found in the same vicinity. However, the downside is, the place is often full with patrons. Expect groups of youngsters hogging the tables for an extended period of time. They would eat and chit-chat merrily; totally oblivious of the fact that you've been standing around, waiting for a table to dine as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the restaurant around 7:45pm and the place is not that crowded even though it is weekend. The service are not that great because they would act like thay didn't see our hands are up calling them to take orders and the quality of their food (Fried dishes) are not consistent. I'm a bit disappointed with their food (Fried dishes) quality. Despite that, their naan is great but you need to eat it right after they served it as the naan still hot and fluffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was planning to sit down just to have some drinks while doing some work on my phone. Place was pretty busy as it was around 8:30PM at that time. Spent 20 minutes sitting waiting for one of the guys to take my order but sad to say, none came. I even tried calling them and they just ignored me. Left the place after I was done with my work. Didn't felt angry nor sad, just disappointed as I know that this mamak is one of the best in Section 9. Hopefully they improve on this.
