★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best nasi kandar that we have ever tasted. A sure visit whenever we are back in penang. Try the mean combo of prawns, potatoes and flooded with mix gravy .Mmmuaaah! blends really well with a good teh tarik after that. Indulge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exagerate for me to say this is THE BEST NASI KANDAR in the whole Penang.. lucky for me to have found Nasi Kandar Rahim before it goes viral.. my first time here last Eidilfitri when my auntie brought Nasi Kandar Rahim back home for breakfast at early hour, around 7am. I think this new experience for me to have nasi kandar for breakfast and since it was my last day at Penang, I should try this one. i went there around 8am and there is already short Q around 10 customers in the line. My first pray, please be outstanding because i am tired of viral restaurant around here but cannot amaze me anyway.. when my turn came, i look around there is several dishes, as usual ask for kuah campur and ikan bawal with bendis.. washed my hand and my heart beating really fast because my order looked very attempting. My first bite said, this is the best Nasi Kandar in Penang, thanks Allah still not going viral, can have this quality food for myself. I called my parent asked them to come here and have breakfast with me, but its too late, they already at viral nasi kandar restaurant at Penang Road.. i dont care anymore, i found the Penang jewel anyway.. i came back last weekend here with my family, and have some tapau ikat atas for my in law in Malacca (still I finished them all, because I think i deserved more than them, i drove 5 hours to penang from Malacca and I bought it, so its mine, My in law only can have the gravy..my inner heart said..). For all Jewel hunter out there, ask for kuah banjir... Alhamdulillah. 5 hours drive really paid off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasteful Nasi Kandar. The prawn curry and "Ayam Bawang" is very delicious. Price is reasonable, depends on what you take and quantity you want. Parking is relative easy to find.

We took egg, bendi, sotong and fried bawang chicken, and mix curries.
Average in taste but pricey.
