LACK OF STAFF
If you have so many customers everyday, why don’t you hire more staffs to serve your customers?
Food taste good when there’s less order. Overall, quality is not standard, sometimes taste good sometimes not. I think lack of staff is the main cause. When it’s crowded, food taste very bad.
And no staff do cleaning job, floor is dirty. Staff is helpful and friendly, sometime they feel embarrassed to customers cause they are too busy to serve.
I have been visit this mamak for many years, from bukit raja to here. It really taste good in the beginning, and it has became our habit to visit here.
So please improve ah boss, don’t make us disappointed.

The place csn be quite busy at times with night patrons refuelling here and catching up with friends and neighbours. Those living across the road are lucky to have the convenience just a walk away by brisk walking there

On the last two visits its taken almost 20 minutes on both occasions for staff to actually clear away the food debris from the previous diners. Food was then ordered and it took another 17 minutes for the wrong dish to be delivered to the table. All of the problems patrons face are caused by lack of professionalism in management and until management improves its performance, customers are simply going to go elsewhere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it usually takes longer than 20mins for them to serve the food. most of the time, if u came after 8pm this mamak will already get busy. if u dont like dirty place, do not come here. usually they will clean the table if another customer is sitting at that table, itupun kena panggil. tapi sedap lah roti canai, lembut. manggi goreng pun sedap. i think they serving time is long because there are only 2 tukang masak
