★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A roadside stall (across the road from a fruit store) that sells Nasi Kerabu. All food items were well covered and hygienic.
I had a takeaway Nasi Kerabu Ayam Percik (RM7.50). The Pak Cik wrapped my takeaway in a way such that the keropok could be kept crispy until I got home. ??
Generous portion of rice, enough to feed 2 people. Ayam percik was tasty and the sambal (chilli sauce) was hot & sweet. Half a salted egg was included.
However I wished that I was given more ulam (long beans & cabbage salad) and serunding ikan (flaked fish).
First time trying Nasi Kerabu. Overall it was good but not impressive. Worth a try if you’re in the area. Hope to find better Nasi Kerabu in Melaka!
