★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice nasi kukus with whole leg ayam berempah only cost you RM6. The gravy well cooked, not so greasy but spiced enough. The chicken well cooked, crispy outside juicy inside and the crunches make the excellent combo. Nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No clear demarkation of 'ordering queue' and 'collection queue'. Other customers just come in and out of lines, without seeing any sense of order.
My order was received verbally, but keyed in wrongly, when I checked, thankfully the cashier corrected the amount, and returned the balance.
The chicken is good, but it stops there. The 'kuah' is not thick, and quite tasteless. The dish is slightly cold, like it has been left out for a while. Nasi Lemak Ayam Kukus is best served hot!
Drinks are overpriced, some even more expensive than the food. Otherwise, very empty inside, not many customers in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular customer for months because the food is delicious...but one day the staff was quite rude to me when I mentioned mine want to wait for the chicken thigh portion because there was just breast and wing left. I noticed they'd just completed frying another batch of chicken, but the staff kept saying there was no more thigh and showing an annoyed face. I stood there for 15 minutes while the staff served other customers and ignored me. He didn't even bother to take the new chicken batch or call another colleague to refill the stock.
I was so irritated and returned to the cashier to cancel the order. But, the chicken is immediately replenished, and I was served after that. Maybe you don't think it's a big deal, but I had a toothache at the time, so I couldn't eat anything though. If I'm not in pain, I'll eat any portion of the chicken. I'm sorry, this time I was quite dissatisfied, and I will no longer visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served Kelantanese delights covered all type of kuih muih, breakfast dishes & nasi Kak Wok's style of ayam berempah & curry soup. Prices are reasonable and food tastes good. Currently offered no table service, just a self-service. After done with order & payment, need to queued up to pickup them. Recommended if want to dine in, need to find a table before proceed with your order
