Food was scrumptous, price is affordable, kinda cheap...and lots of food choices especially breakfast.
Location is easily accessed...
Crowded in the morning but I can assure you...you dont have to wait for long...highly recommended!

- Tonnes of food! Most of it are packed food. If you want to eat Kelantan @ Terengganu food and dont want to walk to multiple warungs, this is one of the warung you must go.
- Located on the side of T junction, easy to find and easy to park
Cons :
- Small dining area. Only have less than 8 tables. Tempat kecil kan. What to expect.
- No specific parking area. Park at your own risk
