★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad place that sells Nasi lemak in the morning with their special "sambal sotong". Not that spicy (if it's up to me). My order also include some bergerdil to go with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lontong sotong is delicious, with the right balance of the cocunut milk and spiciness. The sotong is very easy to bite, not that hard and chewy. The portion size is just nice for breakfast.
The nasi lemak on the other hand is just so-so. The sambal sotong is very oily. The chili taste kicks in much later and left a tingling feel (perit) in your throat.
The price is a bit on the high side as the 2 plates and 2 cups of teh tarik cost us Rm19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve Nasi Lemak and Lontong. But mainly nasi lemak. You need to queue to order and take your meal to your table.
They have dark sambal, not my usual preference of sambal. The taste is just okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nasi lemak is really good. My favourite lauk for the nasi lemak is the sambal sotong. This is very tasty and with the right spiciness. The lontong is good too and there are also many types of Malay kuih. Expect to queue a bit during peak hours but this shop has 3 ladies doing the serving hence the line moves rather fast (if only some nasi kandar shops etc does the same).
I bought extra nasi lemak packets as I had guests in the afternoon and all of them enjoyed them and said it was better than the Tang Ling one.
