★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jika anda memang gemar memasak maka anda akan bersetuju jika saya katakan bahawa anda amat cerewet dlm memilih makanan @ beli makanan luar. Saya pun begitu juga tetapi untuk Nasi Lemak Tim di Taman Melati (area Tmn Melati Utama berdekatan Condo PV5) saya akur bahawa En. Shahdi (pengusaha) telah berjaya menghasilkan nasi lemak yang benar benar berlainan dan sedap. Pertamanya, nasi lemak ini dikukus dalam "BULUH" yg disaluti oleh "DAUN PISANG". Ya .. kaedah ini tidak mudah kita jumpa. Aroma dari daun pisang dan buluh telah menghasilkan satu aroma yg tidak sama dgn masakan kaedah kukus biasa. Dalam kaedah ini, bila mana daun pisang menerima suhu kukus akan mengeluarkan aroma dan diserap oleh nasik lemak tersebut DAN aroma buluh dalam masa yang sama menghasilkan aroma seperti mana juadah "lemang" yg begitu sinonim menjelang setiap Hari Raya. Namun ianya berbeza dari bau lemang yang biasa.
Manakala sambal yang dihasilkan oleh pengusaha muda ini merupakan sambal yg boleh saya katogorikan sebagai sambal nasi lemak yg sinonim dgn nasi lemak siap bungkus .. RM150/- yg popular dihasilkan oleh pengusaha Melayu. Sambalnya halus dgn tahap kepedasan sederhana dimana kandungan garam dan gula yg seimbang. Begitu juga dengan "sambal sotong" yg dihasilkan oleh beliau. Pilihan sotong yg baik dan dimasak sehingga lembut .. sambal yg halus juga dengan kandungan gula dan garam yg seimbang serta kepedasan sederhana.
Tapi nanti dulu .. tidak lengkap jika saya tidak sertakan pendapat saya pada "Ayam Goreng" beliau. Beliau telah menghasilkan "PERAPAN" yg sangat bermutu dan pastinya saya akan katakan memang SEDAP. Ayam goreng ini bukan ayam goreng berempah tetapi ia rangup dan lembut serta "juicy" (pastinya saya merujuk pada bahagian juicy ayam standard). Secara jujur saya akui .. perapan yg beliau hasilkan agak berbeza dgn ayam goreng yg selalu saya makan (yg dijual bersama nasi lemak).
Penampilan gerai beliau secara "santai" dengan memberikan penumpuan terhadap kualiti memang saya puji. Beliau memberikan komitment tinggi untuk tujuan perniagaan ini. Kenapa saya katakan begitu .. yakni selain dari '"kesedapan"' yg dihasilkan pada semua yg ditawarkan .. sambal, sambal sotong serta ayam goreng .. malahan pilihan ikan bilis yg berkualiti (tidak liat dan keras) .. rangup dan tidak masin.
Ada lagi .. jika anda tidak bawa wang tunai maka anda boleh bayar dengan beberapa kaedah .. Wow ... digital money .. Yes .. cuba lihat pilihan ini pada banner beliau !!!!
Maka saya berikan beliau tidak kurang dari 5 Star kualiti.
Jika anda beli (disarankan mencuba) .. maka minta pengusaha tidak tanggalkan daun pisang dari nasi lemak ketika dibungkus .. keep aroma daun pisang ketika dibungkus. InsyaAllah anda berpuas hati.
Namun, para pembaca perlu maafkan saya jika selera anda tidak "kena" sebab mmg kita semua akui bahawa selera setiap kita berlainan. Namun untuk Nasi Lemak Tim .. saya YAKIN anda berpuas hati.

I did the same but for the Nasi Lemak Tim at Taman Melati (Main Tmn Melati area near Condo PV5) I agree that Mr. Shahdi (entrepreneur) has succeeded in producing nasi lemak which is completely different and delicious. First of all, this nasi lemak is steamed in "BUT" which is covered by "DAUN PISANG". Yes .. this method is not easy to find. The aroma of banana leaves and bamboo has produced an uneven aroma of ordinary steamed rice dishes. In this method, when the banana leaf receives the steam temperature will emit the aroma and be absorbed by the nasal fat AND the aroma of the bamboo at the same time produces the aroma as the "lemang" food is synonymous before every Hari Raya. But it's different from the usual lemang smell.
While the sambal produced by this young entrepreneur is a sambal that I can categorize as nasi lemak nasi lemak with nasi lemak siap bungkus .. RM150 / - popular made by Malay entrepreneurs. Smooth fluffy with a simple spicy stages where salt and sugar content is balanced. Similarly, "sambal sotong" produced by him. A good squid and cooked soup that is soft. Sour sauce is also good with sugar and balanced salts and simple spicy.
But later .. not complete if I did not include my opinion on his "Fried Chicken". He has produced a very good "WINNING" and I will definitely say SEDAP. This fried chicken is not spicy fried chicken but it is crispy and tender and "juicy" (I definitely refer to the standard juicy chicken part). Honestly, I admit that the recipe he made was quite different from the fried chicken I always eat (which is sold with nasi lemak).
The appearance of her "leisurely" stall by concentrating on quality is indeed my praise. He gives high commitments for this business purpose. Why I say so .. that is besides the "kesedapan" 'that is produced on everything that is offered .. sambal, sambal sotong and fried chicken .. even the choice of high quality fish (not hard and hard) .. crunchy and not salty.
There's more .. if you do not bring cash then you can pay with some methods .. Wow ... digital money .. Yes .. try to check this option on her banner !!!!
So I gave him no less than 5 Star quality.
If you buy (suggested try) .. then ask the entrepreneur do not remove the banana leaf from nasi lemak when wrapped .. keep aroma of banana leaves when wrapped. InsyaAllah you are satisfied.
However, readers should forgive me if your appetite is not "right" because we all admit that our tastes are different. But for the Nasi Lemak Tim .. I YAKIN you are satisfied.
