★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting outside more than 1/2 hour even though takeaway drinks ordered already made. Staff need more training on how to reach customer first, not just calling for Customer inside the store without so much as go n look for Customer. More training on customer service and manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasken is a new hipster cafe for brewed coffee in area Pasir Mas town. Its menu still need more reviews from experts. But overall, ok. Mungkin sebab baru, orang ramai, menu banyak sold out. Staffs need more training, ramai but not well functioned, straight faces jah blako. Waiting time pun more than 30minutes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer services need to improve. Serving time took around 30-40 minutes. Last time we went, had to bring the food upstairs ourself. Service is not high quality compared to the high price. But generally, food and drink is good. Hope can improve this in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous cafe i think at pasir mas…but maybe they should organize more…too crowded..most of staff are not organize where they should stay…and most important la …please put “DRINK AND FOOD HABIS OUTSIDE THE STORE” if the drink are habis…customer come in and kene jerit air abis…cuba bayang kan apa dorang rasa..segan laaa…so stupid…and i m order cake two slice it take half an hour just to prepare it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasken coffee pasir mas, near to the KK Pasir Mas. Currently in PEMULIH, unable to dine in. So can only takeaway. Nasken is Starbuck of kelantan, however I prefer pasir Mas branch latte ( my personal preference). The staff is friendly, price is ( You know larr) . Tasted their latte and I kind of like it. They did not put sugar however they will give u a packet of brown sugar seperately. I kind of like this style as I can adjust my latte sweetness.
