★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ruban is always my goto dermatologist. My first time seeing him was 15 years ago when I have massive acne breakout due to genetics.
He gave a very reassuring feeling that the acne will go away and guess what IT DID! After a couple of years with very few acne breakouts, Dr Ruban then suggest that I try my very first laser treatment.
It was quite frightening at first but Dr Ruban made it look so easy. Process went by quickly and after a couple of days, I've got some brand new baby skins growing.
Thank you Dr Ruban for the first class treatment at your clinic as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to do hair transplant surgery at Dr. Ruban’s clinic as he is my dad’s trusted dermatologist for many years, and I am genuinely satisfied with the whole process. Dr. Ruban and team were extremely professional, attentive, and most importantly, reassuring and comforting. ❤️ The hair transplant surgery took almost a full day, Dr. Ruban and team have shown extreme commitment, patience and care throughout the surgery and in making sure that I am doing fine. They made me feel very much at ease, especially Crystal. Dr. Ruban is knowledgeable and skilful as I only experienced minor discomfort at the very beginning of the surgery, and no pain at all throughout the surgery and during recovery stage. So blessed to have met Dr. Ruban and his team. 10/10 would recommend!!

Please don’t be confused or distracted by any misleading negative reviews that is probably made by his desperate competitors due to inherent jealousy because everyone in town goes to Dr. Ruban Nathan’s clinic. Haha. Yes indeed everyone in town has gone for a skin treatment in Nathan Clinic at some point in their life and got cured. Both Doctors are Well known Skin Specialist in the community.
I observed that Doctor has an effective treatment for hair loss too.
From my short chat with few of his patients who was waiting for their turn. I found out that even middle age doctors themselves come for regular treatment under doctor Ruban Nathan for their health, hair and skin issues. Doctor Ruban is a pioneer in the Medical field. He treated me and gave me good prescription, plus healthy diet plans to maintain his treatment upon cure.
Everyone I met was very happy with Dr. Ruban Nathan and their comments were “Effective treatment” “Value for money” “Dr. Ruben Nathan is a very good doctor”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 months ago, I came to this clinic with really bad hair fall, almost balding. I’m really thankful to Dr Ruban that I have started having my full hair growth and no more hair fall. He did a fantastic job. The nurses in the clinic are very friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely recommend this clinic. 10/10 ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ruban did a fantastic job removing my facial skin tags via laser removal. He was also very professional and comforting when I worried about the pain. The procedure was not as painful as I thought it would be - it only caused minor discomfort. The recovery period was quite short as well and now I have perfect skin! Very happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend ❤️

The treatment offered by the doctor is good
Cons:
1. never follow appointment time. Have to wait more than an hour even you are here before your appointment time
2. Doctor is not on time. Please respect your paying customers, we have other commitments as well
3. Need to improve the way receptionist handles customers
4. Expensive
Maybe the doc thinks loosing one customer is not a big deal as there are many others coming over to the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Ruban is professional and empathetic. He is patience to listen to your skin problem and your previous medical history before he make any diagnosis. He doesn't make diagnosis only base on your current condition, he also look at holistic view of your health history to give a better diagnosis.
The only thing need to be improve is the waiting time, I needed to wait for at least another 40 mins although I had made appointment and attend on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a lot of money in hand and like to spend at a clinic go for this place. I took my wife for a normal allergy, There were a lot of medicine prescribed at an exorbitant cost of what you can get OTC. To add cherry on the top the quantity of the medicines given (especially cream or lotion) is too little that you need to ask them again once completed. Also the doctor keep asking us to visit again and again even for small stuffs. Though my wife cured from the allergy the cost spent for the cure is lot more than needed. I would not recommend this place for anyone until you are in a emergency situation and you Don't have any other option. Please expect Min on 200 RM everytime you visit this place
