★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Malaysian and I live permanently in Switzerland. I flew down to Malaysia to sort my mother's shares as she passed away recently.. All the reviews that I just read here seems to say "very good service" That makes me laugh. What does "good service " mean here? I have been trying to call them and nobody seems to bother to pick up the call. I sent them a couple of emails and nobody bothers to respond. So, I am wondering what "good service" means in Malaysia!!!!! Guys, whoever are having the same problems as me, the best thing to do is to get straight to their office and do the talking face to face. What a way to work around during the the pandemic period...no wonder there's no control on this virus in Malaysia!
I even tried to use the online form which can be found on their website : SEND US FEEDBACK. The result when I try to send a message---> Sorry! There were some problem over contact! Kindly try again! Hahaha..what a joke!
