The Worst courier service ever I come across in Malaysia.

- The parcel arrived was left unattended .
- There's no coverage area within 10km .
2) Unprofessional staff - No prompt answer to the question asked
- Displayed a frustration attitute towards enquires of customer who worried about the missing parcel .
- Customer were told no parcel received without proper checking.
- wrong info were given to the customer.
- No apologies despite wrong doing
3) Irresponsible staff
- No action taken until customer displayed anger and urgency .
Overall , Bad service , bad attitute . Seriously need massive improvement.
