★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came prepared with the drawing & measurement of my kitchen top and I also did not waste anyone's time because I already had preferences on what I was looking for. I was greeted and entertained by Miss Yap, who was ultra friendly & attentive, at that moment -- I thought the service was impeccable. However, it stopped there, and it's been almost a week, I still haven't receive the quotation as requested. Even my follow up WhatsApp messages wasn't reply, I felt like I am the sales person here. Best would be to have your QS walk around with a calculator while attending the customer so we can get an immediate ballpark estimation. If I was given a rough figure of the price of the stone, fabrication, and installation per feet run, I'd be able to calculate it in a few minutes.
Maybe they don't need the small business or project and only handle big ones. I am still a customer who wants to spend 10-15k on a kitchen tabletop. How unfortunate because this place has one of the widest range of marble in JB, trust me, I've been to 6-7 places that I've lost count.
For what it's worth, I'm giving 1* star for the friendly service during visit and 1* star for the variety of stone. Please improve your customer service. If the quotation came a day or two after the visit, it would have been forgivable and I'd happily give it 5*.
