โ โ โ โ โ Bought 6 neon tetras from this shop, overall very satisfied with it. They also sells a lot of fish accessories, decors and nice fishes. All priced reasonably, fast service will definitely come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad bad bad! Money digger lady boss!
I plan to buy a small quarium, went to their shop and choose their RM90 1.5ft tank. The lady bring me a bunch of expensive stuff such as RM6xx cannister filter (do i need a large filter for thie size? Importantly Do i even have space for it? She doesnt even ask my budget? Why not suggest me hang on back filter?) end up i only take the RM90 tank and RM120 substrate which they already pour the soil into my tank for decoration which i know is not refundable and with some stone total cost RM270.
The crazy thing is upon paying, the lady boss asked me (bring not enough cash?) even i have the cash im not planning buy those expensive things for my first tank la!

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service and expensive products... they sell a siphon for rm13 but u can get the same product, i repeat it's the same product from mr diy for less than rm3 lol.. went to another pet store at the same row, the service is very different and so much better compared to this shop..
also, want to highlight that this shop is Very Dishonest!!! Saw "Cchielow" (from Nature Way) left a fake 5 star review here for her own store. THen, she copy paste bad review from here n paste at their competitor's shop (ZY Aquapet in the same row with her shop)... report her....

โ โ โ โ โ Rude aunty worker . Keep asking' wat u find' with her busuk face for more than 3 times, when we are trying to take a look at their fish. I didnt see your fish, how i know wat i want to find? No manners at all!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Rude lady boss asking what I am looking for with unfriendly tone and crossing arms, stood there staring, checking and following us with frowns like discipline teacher, treating us like we are thief, feeling so uncomfortable, we're in the store for less than 5 minutes. Never coming back.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite some sick, dying & dead gold fishes, The lady boss was rude, impolite & no patient, showing bad attitude infront of her daughter.
Don't ask ANY QUESTION even for the price. She will follow her mood to show u dark face and reply u nothing but impatiently.
I, as a 1st time buyer, would like to give a " NAH" rating which match the lady boss attitude and her aquarium.
