★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tersangatlah teruk..i da inform banyak kali i tk sesuai keluarkan blackhead guna besi..tp the stupidddddd staff still guna that besi untuk keluarkan blackhead..bodohhhhh lah..and then my skin naik pimpless bekas dia cucuk2 keluarkan blackhead..i paid extra sbb dia ckp aakan guna mesin bukan besi..bodoh oenipuu..bagi sheetmask pun yg timbang kilo..dia akan paksa kau terima jugak service dia and ade extra caj yg merepek2..menipu semua tu..sponge yg kt shopee seposen dia caj 10 hinggit..stupid..memang tak berkat la gaji kau

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience...while I was waiting for my daughter to finish her facial at the costomer waiting sitting area....one of your staff ( rini or Benni was her name).. Started to sweep the floor .. And i asked her ? Are you going to close the shop?.. She said no to me, 8.00pm will closed (it's still 7.10pm while I looking at my watch ) .. I told
her Im still your customer why are you sweeping the floor in front of me? . what's a Bloodyfull she answers to me( you can sit outside,in a rude manner)wow !!! is that how you train your staff to customers .. Without saying sorry to me... She looked at me like I own her money ...hello!! I'm paying my facial treatment OK!!! ...I'm not getting it for FREE !! if your shop don't have a customers u will not get your pay OK.... ..
