★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer printing, photocopy, wedding card printing and other printing services. Price is reasonable and convenient for printing document which you may send whatsapp or email to them without bring your own pendrive. There is parking space for customer as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointed with the customer service. i used to love this printing shop because it is nearby and the staffs are so friendly, asking what they can help to ensure the quality service but about weeks ago i came in and the staff stared at me making felt uncomfortable and then continue with their chatting behind the counter. when i ask for their service, which at the counter i even had to increase my voice because they cant listen what i need as they still remained on their seats not even have any attempts to help me. refused to do better customer service. like when customers come, u should greet them, asking them what they need. not just sitting like an ignorant person. printing shop is a service business and i am shocked how the staffs provide poor customer service when they should know better. the staffs are kinda young, i guess manager or whoever in charge needs to trains the staffs. my friends even stopped coming to nbe and use other printing service. i hope in future you could provide better customer service.
