★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the place to complaint. Easier to make a complaint via website. No need to go there actually. Just sign up and make a complaint against any seller. But dont forget to attach any proof regarding your complaint ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When friend introduced to contact the leader of NCCC a Sarawakian, i contacted him with only a glimpse of hope that this will be my last resort to have my 3 years long concerns being attended to. Thank Goodness I have evidence from my email since the beginning in 2012.
After i sent inbox fb to him & he forwarded the case to his team member, a few weeks later i Received an email from Norli stating that it is now under investigation and will keep me posted. I am quite touched actually to know i'm now defended by someone with authority, finally.
This may be only the beginning BUT i will keep all here posted from time to time as to progress on my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my report last night around 12 am and today one so called agent attended my complaint and processed it within a few minutes time. Out of nowhere, he closed my case with the excuse that my case involved the police so they can’t intervene then pushed me to bank negara and asked me to deal with them instead. What on earth you can just close someone’s case after just a quick review??! Your website mentioned that you have collaboration with the authority and now your agent told me you can’t intervene because of the police involvement? Whether the firm itself is useless or the agent is lazy to attend my issue but my guess would be the latter. Do not waste your time here.
