★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop because of pc having some issues. The staffs there were playing phones, chit-chatting, nobody came to ask me even they saw me. After more than 5 minutes, one of the staffs straight away stopped me from entering to find technician. He said my pc was in serious damaged, he couldn't do anything, he told me that I need to put my pc at the shop for one week in a rude manner after "looking" my pc. I was so regret to buy at least 2 PC, 2 printers, 2 hard-disks, 2 pen-drives, inks etc from the shop.

The staff was rude (Chinese with glasses), he didn't really explain much about the monitor, and when we asked question, he responded us very impolitely. Seems like he looked down on customer just because we wore casually. Please improve the quality of your staff !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trustworthy! ordered a laptop online when everywhere else seemed out of stock. sadly, my product was out of stock too and they quickly notified and refunded me. days later when it came back in stock, they contacted me, breezed through payment, shipping and setup, and now i'm super satisfied with my new laptop! really grateful for their service and expertise guiding my decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the shop, now they blocked the way to avoid the customer from surveying items. So in other way, customer needs to order from the table. I ask some wireless keyboard, they said only have combo, keyboard and mouse wireless. I ask again Razer Huntsman Mini, they said that one is wired usb cable. I ask ROG Falchion, also said wired usb cable. Great, 1/10 for staff wear spectacle. Later that i just cau from that place.
