Stuff are friendly and attentive too.

Had a bad experience there. ?????
Me and my family went there to get a couple of phone casing. As we were choosing the casing, the manager was making stupid remarks by looking for one of the his staff name Andrew.
He was making stupid racist remarks in Mandarin, assuming we don’t understand Chinese. He said “, where is Andrew? He like to serve Indian customer.” And the rest of the staff was laughing as well.
After that , the staff name Andrew came down from second floor , and he jokes and said I don’t know these people .,
Excuse me ??! What do you mean by “like to serve Indian Customers??!
Why being so racist in this era ?
If you don’t like to serve Indian customer , then why should Indian customers patron your outlet?
Please change your attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of unbelievably cheap electronics and accessories. Prices are cheaper than what i can find online. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Allows customers to test all products before purchase. Very clean floors and nice air con environment. Excellent services :)

I was surprised for the service.Beside that, I like how they design their shop. They also put some unique and special product. The speaker area have many design to choose. It's suitable for christmas present. I like it.
I will come again. Nice one....!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They indeed have cheap prices but don't be fooled, these products start to deteriorate in their quality within a week. Got a screen protector and a phone case here but the protector started breaking off within a week and the case obtained many scratches without dropping it or purposely damaging it despite being a careful individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally agreed with Cretamo comment. Not only the quality of the product deteriorated even the quality of the people also the same.
Still have some good one la.
But to shop here have to be careful and also a bit troublesome in order to protect your own interest where I need to keep the proof of purchase ,. Otherwise they will find all ways to push u away.
My phone power button was malfunction due to them. The liquid between the screen protector leak out and sip into the gap of the power button.
The liquid came out after couples of days. By then I have discard my receipt.
Too bad., They push me away by giving all types of reasons.

1)The staff here are so enthusiasm,when the moment I step in the shop, there's so many staff would say "Welcome" to everyone. Beside that, when I went to another phone accessories the staff was like lack of enthusiasm.
2)When I was choosing my car holder, a staff come toward me as rapid to explain the product to me very details. I tell the staff that i need a very strong car holder , then the staff will bring me the best choice of the product to me and shows me how it is.
3)Another than that,there's a second floor in this shop.The cafe sold a lot of appetizer desserts such as premium ice cream , coffee, some special design chocolate.I had a few scope of ice cream and it taste incredible delicious.The environment at the cafe was peaceful and clean, I would come have a break when I have extra time.
That's it from my review. So far, I , as a customer would like to give BIG TUMBSUP to this shop "Nero" you guys did a great job. Keep it up.
