1. Extra charges. First said 8 in pipe free, but when contractor came, become 7 in.
2. One of the compressor units they were lazy, they installed in an unsheltered area, although just a sheltered area is just a few inches away.

1. They said i can get rebate for both air cond i've bought. Then when i wanna pay, the price is different. No rebate. For selected brands only ????
2. Pricing different, yours & technician.
Your staff said extra piping rm 9 but the technician said rm 15. I have to go to your branch and claim.
Sangat menyusahkan.
This is 2nd time i have bad experience with this siang. After this, i m not going to buy from your branch.
Really disappointed. ????????????????
