β β β β β I got the Nespresso Machine Subscription option, whereby I subscribe RM80 monthly for a year (which turns to coffee credit) and I get the machine for RM50.
After making the order for the subscription and the machine, my subscription of RM80 credit is only available to use 24 hours later -- which means :
1) I cannot have my coffee capsules order come together WITH MY NEW MACHINE because I have to make a separate order so now I have no capsules to use with my new machine when it arrives, AND
2) Minimum order for capsules are 50 capsules (of course RM80 credit is not enough for 50 capsules)
HERE'S THE CATCH -- it's either:
1) I have to ADDON more cash to fulfil the minimum 50 capsules order to use with my new machine on top of my already RM80 credit for this first month (with another 11 more months credit to come), OR
2) I would have to wait after next month so I have enough credit to make a 50 capsules order
This is disappointing and complicated from a simple plan of RM80 a month for a new 'excited' user. I assume I would be able to use my credit to get some capsules with the same order of my machine so it comes together, but looks like I can only start using my machine 2 months after it arrives and order 50 capsules when I have enough credit while all the boutiques are closed and I can't get one single sleeve of capsules anywhere with my credit.

β β β β β very disappointed with the nespresso delivery. Items purchased 1 week ago, yet theres no any update in the tracking. I understand, theres closure of courier partner. Why cant Nespresso arrange another courier service instead of letting the items stay at the store. Yet the customer service is not so polite as well.

β β β β β Very disappointed on the arrangement for returning my machine. Being postponed for 3 times. Even the customer service unable to track where is the machine. Always give an answer... checking. Don't know where should i do the follow up.

β β β β β Top notch customer service. My Aeroccino was spoil on 25th January 2022(Tues). Contacted customer service and was asked to email the proof of purchase since I bought it from a 3rd party supplier on Shopee. I also took a video of its faultiness. I was told the very same day that they will exchange a brand new frother for me in 7working days. Was expecting to receive it after CNY. On 28th January (Fri), my new milk frother came. Trully impress. "U had me at HELLO!"

β β β β β Be careful with their coffe subscription plan : system is deceiving and will back charge you all the month elpased when you update the credit card details of an expired card. Now I am stuck with over 1k rm of coffee credits and customer support will hide behind T&Cs to not refund anything. I am feeling scammed as the UI is not clear.
