★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since MCO so have all free time to write the review which been delayed much , Been to both outlets . Neutra Reflexology & Spa and Neutra Wellness . Both different concept - bangsar one is more traditional spa concept and this mont kiara one is more modern and lavish design . Most important , the staffs are friendly and skillful . Really highly recommended . I were recommended by my fren too . Worth trying !

Neutra Wellness is an excellent place to rejuvenate and relax.
The platinum VIP membership makes the experience a class above. Feel blessed with the on point massages.
Plenty of reasons to revisit. Best part is the price is so unbelievably REASONABLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 2nd visit to Neutra, while the first was to their Bangsar branch. Had a male therapist this time and it was a good experience. Spent more time going through the lumbar, especially the lower back and glute which is not common. I only experienced this generally when going to a chiropractor. Will be back for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived late for my appointment and the masseur lady I booked had already be given another job task. There was a masseur guy available so I couldn't do full body massage. Instead I did a foot massage and back/shoulder massage. And to my surprise, it was the best massage!! !!! Please ask for a guy name Alex. He's friendly and professional. Really worth it. The ambient of the whole shop is so good and relaxing too.
