Manager paling kurang ajar ketika bercakap dengan customer !!!patut la staff sales pun kurang ajar kalau leader pun kurang ajar !!! Saya mintak management HQ contact me back !
There is a communication problem with the sales person from New Edge Alor Setar and the manager from Perak..but he covers for Penang as well..MS SUN HIS NAME! The manager is the most rude when talking to customers !!! The sales staff should be rude if the leader is rude !!! I ask HQ management to contact me back!

Placed an order on the same day! Delivery within a week. Good service. Good Value. It may not be the cheapest, but do you want to buy the cheapest when it comes to safety and security? ?
Had some issues during installation but they manage to rectify it.
