delivery time from 2-3pm delayed to 3-4pm AND until 530 pm also yet to come.
❌not punctuality.
one whole day await delivery enough?

Wide range of furniture from sofa, bedroom set, mattress, cabinet, dining tables, tv console and coffee table. Owner (Jay) is so friendly and sincere in explaining his product. He has plenty of knowledge about his products.
Also, furniture quality is also one of the best among those furniture shop in Ipoh. The quality able to compete with those branded furniture shops.
They have their branch in IGB, Tasek area.
Highly recommended for those looking for some quality, and unique furniture - New ONE galery will be the destination for you.
Will defintely come back for more furniture purchase from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever had. Purchased the furniture. Called for delivery but suddenly said no stock. I need to change to other model. I accepted it and picked another model. Then, he said no lorry available for delivery. Please evaluate the service level yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ made a purchase 2 weeks prior to delivery on an agreed date & time but NEW ONE GALLERY IPOH still have to make the delivery process so difficult unlike what was promised by the shop. literally had to wait for whole saturday for supplier and delivery man to confirm the time of delivery. no sense of time management and dealer has poor communication with the delivery men/service. very bad delivery service .beware for future buyers that you might face the same issue. when reported to NEW ONE GALLERY no sense of responsibility is taken. ignorant.
