When I contacted the company through google search contact details; Miss Eng who attended to my call was really friendly and helped me to identify the product serial number and walk me through the process, gave me the address and received me at the front door. After being introduced to the product technician expert Mr Foo, I was asked about the issues faced with my Mohawk Silver 1000.1D and he explained thoroughly about what needs to be done, the quotation and duration is taken to get it fixed subject to availability of spare part. I even spend a good 30 minutes browsing through their line of products and he was really kind to walk me through each and every one of them. Salute to NTC team and the business. Iβm going to be a lifetime customer with NTC.
