★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment but there's no gym at all. Local lecturers are worse than the UK lecturers. Does not provide enough facilities nor hospitals for proper hospital training. Questionable academic standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teaching standards become worse as you go to clinical years.....rates of failures in the Malaysia campus of new castle is higher than the UK due to this. Most of the local Lecturers unsupportive and unwilling to properly teach. Lot of lecturers do not have an MMC accreditation......
You can choose this Uni if you'd like to get a UK certificate and that's the only good thing you'd get out of it. My experience is that its not worth 5 years of your life.
FYI the rank of Newcastle medicine wont be the same as Newcastle medicine Malaysia, keep that in mind when choosing a University
Accommodation and Region very nice 5 stars but not the university.
