★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a guy with hair length about 15cm, they perm my hair with just 4 clip, after 1 hour 30min, my hair is not curl at all,
And they charge me rm180 for it.
Totally not returning to this salon.

No need to worry at all.From the initial welcome by the Manager and then consultation and colour check it was a great experience. Miki was at all times attentive and professional.Im very happy with the colour and the cut is super.Thank you and see you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for doing my blue green and purple mermaid hair color! I truly love it so much! its definitely my dream color hair! I messenged them through fb at first on pricing and they answered all my question with such friendly manner! Having many bad experiences with previous salons on hair colors. This is so far my favourite one! will definitely come again for touch up or another change of color hehehe!
Miki was very professional in explaining the procedure, suggesting what can be done after care and so does the other girl working with her on my hair! very friendly and cute (couldnt get the name sorry) they treated my hair so gently and always making sure to get it right, they really went out their way to get this hair color as close as possible as the one I wanted , they didn't have the shade but ! honestly it did turn out similiar to it in the end! ?
Free wifi with drinks and snacks and they also treated my fiance the same way eventhough he was not a customer, thank you so much!
Overall price was really reasonable for their services ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several options to choose from on level 2 of KSL mall and we browsed a few before settling on Newz Salon. The staff was friendly and took time to share the various options available for treatment and worked out the best value for cut + treatment. They were not pushy at any point and addressed our questions patiently. Before treatment began, all the products that will be used were brought out and showed to us. Stylists were meticulous and did not rush to complete the hair colouring or hair cut. A RM10 return voucher (valid for 1 year) was also given at payment. Salon provides water and a hacks sweet but no magazines. Free WiFi also available for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent. Cammey manager was patient and gave us advice on which Colour is better for me and my friend. And on top of it, she gave us some discount too. I told my hair stylist that I wanted to get rid of my pink/purple hair and I wanted dark Colour on top. So he choose green/grey Colour for me. And it turn out great! I was happy with all the service and how my hair looks like now. And they charge us reasonable. Many of my friends like my hair Colour and I introduce them to you guys! Will definitely go back again!

My plan was to do hair treatment and touchup color on e roots.
The salon is nicely decorated and spacious.
Free wifi, drinks and snacks.
I did a Shiseido 6 step scalp & hair treatment. They will do a quick check on your scalp before commencing.
You get to lie down pretty comfortably at the shampoo chair, with a stool for your feet for the whole treatment session. I actually fell asleep.
The lady that attended to me mentioned that hair treatment is their main focus.
Im pretty happy with their service and environment and will return for sure.
