★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircond was leaking. Fixed the first time Mr.Farid guaranteed can last at least 6 months before next service. Aircond leaking again after 1.5months.
Requested for their services again since problem was not fixed permanently. Promised to come at 2pm. Then say cannot make it, change to 4pm. Cancel again, now saying they'll come at 6pm. Then, you guessed it, message me at 5.55pm saying they are still working on another customer.
In the end I just told them I'll look for someone else.
