★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This machinery shop has been recommended by my friend, indeed it was my 1st time & definitely it's gonna be my lost time that I'm dealing with them! Their communication & updating customers is terrible! The boss does not know of what is going on in her shop!!! My customer's car engine block has been sent there for crankshaft bearing fitment issue since Friday 31/06/19 till 03/07/19, I called the boss in morning to get any update about it on 03/07 by itself, according to the boss or whoever picked my call, their measurement man was on leave for last few days. She told me I need to get a particular size bearing for the block which apparently can not find anywhere in the market! The strangest part is she has never ever informed me whether I am able to get the bearing anywhere or not, attempted to perform crankshaft grinding and charged me RM200.00 ...!!! How is it possible to DO NOT inform your customers and charge them for a job which has not been confirmed yet!?
