I've taken their products since year 2013, I was suffered from constipation, sinus, gastristic problem, imsonia, bad breath, fatique, back pains, depressed and felt hopeless.
The day i stepped in to NHF outlet, the nutritionist Mr David Siew was so friendly and welcomed me with his healthy SMILE. I felt so peace and seems I could found HOPE while I saw the word YOU'LL BE HEALTHIER on the posters with their cancer patients photos.
Thanks for all the kind-hearted NHF angels to educate and consult me to be a healthier person. I changed my lifestyle and do exercise on my daily routine. I am grateful I became healthy, happy, energetic and positive now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly... The staff are knowledgeable. They will try to understand your concerns and recommend what are needed based on your needs. I started with their supplements and went back for more products after a week. I bought some skin cares and to my surprise, it helped my skin a lot. Their skin regimen helps to improve my skin tone and elasticity. Although the price is on the high side but there are concerntrated, a little goes a long way. Most importantly, I have to stress that their supplements work best for me. I had digestive problems for years and none work as good as NHF products. If I were to recommend, try the fruits enzymes, biorex and fibre drink to begin with. You will be amazed with their benefits. As for the skin cares, I like the cleanser and serum.

After using the products from NHF, it started to changed my health for the better. I feel more energetic throughout the day and my gastric and acid reflux are getting better as well. Also, because of NHF, I have totally cut off my intake of medicines. This outlet has really good consultants as well, three of them, Catherine, Ling Ling and Lilian, assisted me a lot. NHF staffs are super friendly. They welcome every customer with open arms and help them in many ways. Their products are excellent. I was skeptical at first but now the results shows improvements, I would recommend NHF as well to my family and friends. Besides their supplements, I also bought their sauces. I highly recommend the mushroom sauce and noodles. It's not too salty and very tasty. I also bought honey. Genuine honey. Never the least, their organic milk powder is good too. ? I love most of their products.
