β β β β β Very good and patients advised and services from the Nutritionists of NHF, especially Janice. Very Good knowledgeable talk and teaching via online given by Dr. Rebecca and her team. I learned a lot of health knowledge from them. I was diagnosed critical illness 9 months ago. My health was improved so much after followed NHF health therapies for the past few months. β β β β β I have been many years in NHF Detox Programme. Itβs a programme of purify the body of toxins accumulated in the liver and digestive system due to bad eating habits and external pollutants. In the very beginning, after consume a few times: improvement such as digestion better, regular bowel in the morning. I also consume supplements: vitamin c, berries, bioyzme, calcium and chlorophyll etc. I like Vitamin C, Berries and bioyzme the most as the taste are great! From now on, I had learn a new healthy lifestyle, not only adequate supplements, but also healthy eating habits to optimise daily natural detoxification. Not only that, I love NHF cookies too, my kids love it!!! Variety of Natural food selections.

β β β β β Highly recommend NHF products. Their cookies are not just delicious but they are healthy & gluten-free. My fav flavors include chocolate, green tea (with chocolate chips) and multi seed. There are many other flavors too do check them out!

β β β β β Been consuming their products since 2004. Regained health through NHF and still counting on to healthy lifestyle. Thank you for the health products and as well as the knowledge in nutrition. Previously suffered from menstrual pain and long term headache. After consuming NHF calcium and NHF detox for some time, the pain eventually will go away and getting better. I have also tried many other calcium tablets products as well as detox products but this is so far I had the best one! Thank you NHF!
