There is this amazing muah chee stall nearer to KSL mall. It is super soft and tender. Amazing quality. Black carrot cake is good too

Nice market. With traditional local food. Expect it to be crowded. Best to come at 430pm.

Only opens on mondays and be there as early as 4.30pm to enjoy the great experience.Been there twice and it was crowded.Beware of your personal belongings and if your bringing your kids around, make sure to keep a close eye on them. Food is relatively very low priced and you can get good bargains too for other stuffs. Food Must to try: Muah Chee,Satay, fruit Rojak, potato wedges and of cos the sponge cake which sells from a van by ladies. They usually get sold out very fast and they have tons of flavours.I mean TONS!!!!

Authentic night market experience right beside KSL! When I usually visit JB it doesn’t feel like much of an overseas trip since it’s really just cross border. However, with the addition of the visit to this night market, it certainly ticks the box of an overseas trip! (We don’t get much of this in Singapore anymore.. and they aren’t as “authentic” and street focused too) The muah chee here is amazing! I haven’t seen such a long queue for muah chee before and after buying it, I understand why locals, and travellers alike, are buying in upwards of 5 boxes each.. They are succulent and soft, coupled with legit grinded peanut, it is made to be the best! The shop selling crab offers them for 9RM/100g and they are pretty good as well. Do bear in mind that the pincers aren’t fully cracked so you would have to get a crab cracker to enjoy it! There are also many other shops selling things from clothes to fresh produce to cakes to fish and even smelly beancurd! Must visit on a Monday night if you are in JB!

Interesting and bigger than expected. There's some pretty nice and affordable food around. But also saw 2 beggars who looked pretty scary.
