★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朋友买东西，不给试穿，直接表达你的size和我一样，直接叫顾客拿指定的size。这件事情导致需要做Exchange，本来对这件事不是很满意了，帮朋友拿去换，给经理知道事情来龙去脉，经理直接说我们诬蔑他们说没有这样的事实不要这样说，四个员工跟两个人对质，还要说你都是做门市的，必须清楚我们的手续！ 还有就是经理态度不好，讲话不会站着好好说，需要双手靠着背后的橱翘着脚和我们理论，都不知道我们是进去解决问题还是被侮辱的。要不是没有0星我肯定连1星都不想给，难怪生意不好！ 连最基本的对待顾客都不会！
 When a friend buys something, don’t try it on, just express that your size is the same as mine, and directly ask the customer to take the specified size. This incident led to the need to do Exchange. I was not very satisfied with this incident. I helped my friend to change it and let the manager know the ins and outs of the matter. The manager directly said that we slandered them and said that there was no such fact. Don’t say that. Four employees and two Personal confrontation, I also want to say that you are all in the shop, and we must be clear about our procedures! Also, the manager’s attitude is not good, he can’t stand up and talk, he needs to talk with us with his hands leaning on the cupboard behind him, without knowing whether we went in to solve the problem or were insulted. If it weren't for 0 stars, I would definitely not even want to give 1 star. No wonder the business is not good! Not even the most basic treatment of customers!
