Banner bunting mengambil masa sampai berbulan2 untuk siap dan bila dah siap tidak beritahu bahawa dah siap. Progress berjalan bila saya yang bertanya apa progress dan mcm mana. Alasan mereka banyak customer dan order.Bukan kah saya customer juga? Adakah order saya free? ?
 After the person I was dealing with I was not notified and updated what the progress card was. Banner bunting takes months to complete and when it's ready it doesn't tell you it's ready. Progress runs when I ask what progress and mcm are. Why they have so many customers and orders. Is my order free? ?

β β β β β Customer service was great but after sale service was unfortunately so bad. Salah print reception time dekat card tapi very in denial, taknak mengaku salah print. Bila call tak angkat sampai we have to use another number then they picked up the call. Tak tepati masa, janji siap pukul 10 tp bila sampai kedai nak pick up belum siap lagi. The reason is always the same, customer ramai, byk order.
Customer service was great but after sale service was unfortunately so bad. Wrong reception reception time near the card but very in denial, taknak admitted wrong print. If the call doesn't pick up until we have to use another number then they pick up the call. No time, the appointment is ready at 10 tp if the pick up shop is not ready yet. The reason is always the same, the customer is crowded, byk the order.
