★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very few flower shop in Nilai. Damn it's hard to find a flower here. Another one is in Giant supermarket. But this shop preserve the flower better than the one in Giant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place is unbelievably rude and unreasonable. I bought two bouquet of flowers, each with 6 roses, priced at 90 ringgit each. When I check online, the price for 6 roses is 70 ringgit, and the reason they're charging more is bc of Valentine, which is acceptable. After that, they charged me 40 ringgit more for the delivery of 18km which is a bit pricey but I'm fine with it. After that, when they're delivering the flowers, they told me the delivery fee is 50 instead of 40. I felt scammed as that's not the price I agreed on earlier. I tried to talk to the onwer and she just keep insisting that I was told to pay 50 in the first place and she wouldn't acknowledge that her employee make a mistake in telling me the price. She shouted at me thru phone and end the call when I'm trying to respond. I dy paid her 40 ringgit more for the flowers which she claims is typical Valentine's price and yet she still charged me more for the delivery. In total, I've paid RM 230 for two small bouquet of roses and get scolded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received the rose bouquet with a lot of rotten part at the tip of the petals and it’s the whole bouquet, yet the owner insists it’s fresh and natural. They have these all in their shops. And not gonna refund nor change so seems like this shop is made to prank you lovers out there. Please go to other place. Quality and service is really really bad. Check the pictures and judge them yourself.

Unreasonable charging on changing for wrong packaging. Disappointed. Why customers need paid for ur mistake?

He was told u that requirements but u did totally wrong. So that's my fault? Why ppl need paid for ur mistakes? With expensive price? Not only my review is bad as I see. Google review is a freedom of speech for customers, u have no right change our mind. Thank you ?
