★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Printing computer had virus. My thumbdrive files appeared in Chinese and cannot be opened. Shopkeeper blamed my computer. I don't even browse Chinese websites to get a Chinese virus.
2) Colour printing and photocopy both RM1. Photocopied and was about 40% faded. Cannot be negotiated due to 'digital printing'.
3) If open receipt, must add 6% GST. Cannot open manual receipt.
4) Asked for stapler. No stapling service provided. I had to DIY despite shopkeeper having no other work than to watch drama on printing computer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When there to ask about t-shirt printing quotation. Chinese girl at the counter treats my friend and me like we doesn't there, we ask her, she replied but didn't even look at our face, while doing her work. Why not you stop your work and treats us nicely, it only takes not more than 5 minutes! We know we wear just like 'kampung2' style, no classy but we are customer, without customer you are nothing! Lastly, she just give her card and ask me to email, until today they didn't reply my email. Please, just close your business okay?
