โ โ โ โ โ I'm not going to choose this courier company. Service very terrible. They keep my parcel for 5days. It's suppose 17th or 18th February. But until today I haven't received my parcel. If y'all can't deliver customer parcel on time please let us know. At least we can go collect at your warehouse. Sometimes its important parcel or what. Because of y'all all delayed.

โ โ โ โ โ Very slow and lacking on any updates of a parcel. Awaiting a package that was sent a week ago, tracking said it has been at the warehouse for the past 5 days. Called customer support and they informed me the hub is closed for 3 working days for sanitization. Would have appreciated getting notified of this earlier...

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad, I was supposed to receive my parcel from 3/2 - 4/2 but still not received yet. The tracking status says that the delivery was unsuccessful TWICE. The reasons given are inaccurate address/location. I've even emailed them and gave alternate phone numbers THREE TIMES. I did not receive any calls from all three phone numbers that I have. They've kept my parcel in the warehouse for days. Our address never changed since we started buying things online. How is it possible for other delivery couriers to deliver our package but this courier can't? Call yourselves ninja van but don't act like it at all.
