★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one answers the call. Parcel was due to be delivered 4 days back. Suddenly got notification from shopee that the courier did not send because no one was home..... That whole day I was at home actually. Usually they just don't want to come to Balik Pulau and prefer me to come pick it myself at Bayan Baru branch. What's the point of paying for their service of I have to fetch it myself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use their courier service. Parcel has stuck at their sorting center for over a week. Called them a few time but nobody is answering. Same goes with the email, nobody is replying. Consider closing down the business if you're not good at it.
