I picked up the goods early in the morning and havenโt scanned the goods yet, so I canโt get through the phone. The phone number is the same as that of Wedsite, which was given by the worker over there. Even after 10 passes, they couldn't get through. I even went out of the glass early in the morning to mail the goods, but now I donโt know how to contact, do I have to leave the glass?

The delivery process is too long, out delivery tghri until mlm xdpt2 lg. Go to the courier and ask if you're out, how long have you been a peram rider?

Kalau takde org kat rumah, boleh call kan? Tak call pun...tapi reason barang tak smpai, sebab takde org nk ambik barang??????? Kite ni ada je kat rumah...takde pun rider datang. Pelik2.

If you don't have anyone at home, can you call? I didn't even call ... but the reason the goods didn't arrive, because I didn't have anyone to pick up the goods ??????? โ โ โ โ โ I was at home the whole day, however the status on the tracking said no one was at home to receive the parcel. Tried calling more than 10 times, either the number goes straight to voicemail or it got hang up when ringing. Worst courier service ever! Now my parcel has even gone missing. ??
