★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada item yang saya order melalui lazada tak diterima dalam tangan sedangkan saya berada di rumah. Bila check melalui sistem lazada disenaraikan telah diserah sedangkan memang saya tak terima pun item tersebut. Sangat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan pd kali ini.
There are items that I order via lazada not received by hand while I am home. When the check through the listed system was submitted, I did not accept the item. Very disappointed with the service this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang sepatutnye sudah boleh sampai tapi ninja tunggu lepas 2 hari baru hantar. Oklah takpe mungkin sibuk, aku boleh faham. Tapi sikap penghantar tu langsung tidak baik, x peramah dan tidak sopan. Memang tidak rekomen untuk hantar barang guna ninja. Bad service ever!!! ???
The goods should have arrived but the ninja waited 2 days before sending it. Oklah takpe may be busy, I can understand. But the sender's attitude is not good at all, x friendly and impolite. It is not recommended to send ninja items. Bad service ever !!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau jenis lambat ni tak payah amk parcel dari oversea la. Patutnya barang sampai minggu lepas, kata out of delivery tp tak sampai² pun? Benda boleh call, tak reti nak call ke apa, bukan takda no phone kat parcel.
If it's kind of slow, you don't have to send a parcel from overseas. The goods should be until last week, said out of delivery but didn't arrive Things can be called, I don't know what to call, not that there is no phone in the parcel.
