They guide me while choosing the products i wanted , so i wouldnt have to waste time guessing and choosing the wrong product . They provide warranty here as well . Very happy with what they are offering ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't like leaving bad review but they could not even put a simple temper glass on my phone. They put glue all over my phone and it got stuck around the edges. I paid 60 rm and I thought it would be a good deal but I was absolutely disappointed. They even refused to give me a refund even though it was their fault. Avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's totally understandable that you want to prevent theft, but do keep some distance as you're watching the customers. It's incredibly stressful being watched by someone from just half a metre away (literally right next to you) while you're selecting/comparing the items.
Won't come back to this branch. From a frequent shopper at other ninjaz branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff took pictures of my bag and receipt of items I purchased from their next door competitor, which according to the staff, to check what items i walked in with. But i know she just wanted to check on their competitor’s price cos she asked me how long the warranty is for that item. I would prefer you being honest than lying to my face.
