★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety so so , items is cheap. One thing that is not satisfy is the method of paying. Line all the way to the cashier only mention that her card machine is broken and ask to re line for the other cashier . No e wallet as well . Pretty disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost like eco shop.a lot of things to see and buy. Mostly pots and plasticware .lots of choice for local snacks and pack drinks. But need to improve on the environment, my time there was so hot without air-conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninso is always the same everywhere. Good product & varies choices compare to other RM2-plus shop however their service is bad. Especially the counter. Please learn from other similar type of business how they work on their counter to be fast & efficient without that damn long but useless electric belt. Seriously I've been to 2 branch of Ninso and the same problem is happening. The goods also not arranged well, might be the customer problems as well.
The location is also just average, difficult to get parking and the one-way road is making it even harder. Hopefully the other Ipoh Branch nearby Gunung Rapat will open very soon and can be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened double storey shopping mall. Many good quality product and tasty snacks at a cheap price. I didn't go upstairs at my first visit. Go and see if something catches your eyes. It's worth a visit.
