★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is okay. But the raw fish are not that fresh, tuna even looked sad. Service is good. It closes at 10pm and last order is 9.30pm. But they start their closing cleaning at 9.30. It was really really noisy and uncomfortable for patron to eat. All the clink and clank of cleaning, right beside you while you are still eating is really making us uncomfortable. Management must look into this and make it fair for customers and staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an absolute perfect Mother's Day classic lunch today!! Food are amazing and sooo delicious, also the brand had a very thoughtful and friendly workers. In our experience today, we had an overcook grilled giant squid, where the texture was abit unpleasant. We asked for a replacement and the server were abit reluctant to change and gave us an excuse as the squid was supposed to be like 'that'. But we had one before in Batu Pahat and it was much fresher and juicier, not dry and chewy like 'that'. As we insist to have a new one, they easily comply to our quest and so they serve us a new one in which up to the real standard 'as it supposed to be'. I cant blame anyone here cause its normal to make a mistake. The server didnt know anything that happened in the kitchen and its her job to protect the brand. She did listen to us anyway and settle up things both at the kitchen and at customer's table with natural and smooth way. Well done nippon sushi team. We are truly satisfied with the whole service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had miso ramen and chicken teppanyaki. Didn't have to wait to long for the food although there were quite a number of people in the restaurant (7.45pm). The chicken was tender and juicy. And the rice was soft and glistening. The noodles and chicken in the miso ramen were delightful, but I thought the soup was too salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many times been here, the only thing that has not improve, is the waiting time for your drinks.
I went there again yesterday with a friend, after 5 minutes, the food arrived, then more food, still no sign of drinks.
The drinks arrived after 10 minutes. I hope they can improve on this. Please, I've been here many times, your drinks serving time should be improvised.
Other than that, food always taste good, so many types of japanese food you can choose in the menu, friendly staffs, clean environment, got robot waiter now too.
