★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my tiles through Professional Salesperson En Muhamad Daniel. He was very helpful in offering choices of shades that I selected, follow through etc via WhatsApp even after office hours. Spoke to him as well. A very polite gentleman. One box was broken during transportation - his response in replacement was simple just snap a photo. He told me not to return the broken tiles to him. Great that Niro Granite has empowered his sales personnel to quickly settle any problems there & then without delay. Most factories would have to wait for evidence "broken tiles" to be returned & perform forensics. After that subject to upper management review & approval process either to replace or decline without recourse.
Great Job Niro & Daniel, you are a Diamond Sales Professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Niro tiles i purchased was really nice but what is more impressive is the service i got with a staff by the name of Muhd Daniel. His manner was relaxed, chatty and professional. On my first order i was impressed by his level of service. My tiling works went on and then the tilers informed me they needed additional tiles. Muhd Daniel really was so helpful in assisting with this urgent request - he did it professionally and quickly and made it look so easy.(the batch of tiles needed was in very short supply and it was not easy). The tile product is good and the staff service is excellent. Thanks Daniel :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bougth grid 1 SONISAND 2'x4', but the price not as per quality and expectation, item deliver without crash protection, tile quality curvature and not recommend for indoor floor use but this not mentioned in product! Totally dissatisfied after sell service!
My opinion is whatsoever u plans to order, pls check quality to their stock 1st, dont order based on show room view. Or u can look for others china made tile from others, maybe u can get cheaper and higher quality.
