★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nirvana2 is not as good as Xiao En. The individual parlour for Xiao En Centre is more spacious than Nirvana2. In each of the parlour room of Xiao En, there is a private room with built-in toilet. You don't get that with Nirvana2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience with one of the staff name, 张慧玲.
I wanted to open columbarium with a lever. And I was asked to push back the lever machine as she mentioned that another client will need to access the machine.
Firstly, her tone was rude to me and my partner and she seems like busy with sales pitching. There was no label that indicating the machine is ‘in use’. Lastly, there was no corrective action done and she didnt even asked anything about our needs later on. Didnt even the manage to open columbarium for my dearest mum for us to view her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy abt the direction of the entrance for car park. Almost crashed my car whilst trying to enter the car park.
I was driving my father’s Honda Accord and had to drive across across the exit lane just to enter the car park.
Pls re design your entrances and exits for the Car park to Nirvana 2.
It’s just an accident waiting to happen.
If that happens, it’s not the visitor’s problem because of poor building design. You read it here first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautifully designed, decorated and furnished collection of halls to host grieving families after a death. Each hall has ample seating both inside and out, and is sound insulated for each separated event. Just keep a good eye when coming here because the turning into the center is on a small road. There is ample parking spaces here. All halls are air conditioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming here. Signage of Nirvana 2 & 3 is confusing. Two different places right next to each other, parking entrance is confusing as well. Parking cost RM1.50 per entry, payment is via touch n go as you enter. Went on a Sunday, so far no issues parking the car.
Lift floor labeling in the lift and before entering the lift is quite clear. Direction to the right parlour is also clear.
Good to see that the lifts are sanitize frequently. Overall the place is clean.
