Came for ' ching ming ' recently and they handled the amount of ppl allowed so it wasn't so crowded as usual. They made sure everyone scan before checking in too since its still cmco?❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged Nirvana for the funeral services for the demise of my mother in January 2021. We are glad that we had made a wise choice. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved family member and on top of that it was our first time to manage the funeral matters. Grateful that the professionalism and helpfulness of Nirvana staff had provided us a worry-free experience in managing the funeral. The staff managed the ceremony with a caring heart and assisted us in all matters by provided us detailed guidance. A big thumb up for their thoughtful customer services.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the Nirvana staff that had assisted us throughout the whole ceremony, especially Mr Vincent, who has demonstrated excellent leadership and awesome customer service skills.
Vincent, thanks very much for all your helps, including the valuable advice given to us from time to time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The memorial park run by Nirvana is amazing. Service, facilities, and people are accommodating especially in your time of grief. Rituals and customs are respected.
My only problem was with the Restaurant they had contracted (at this time, name is Tang Villa Cafe). The people had stolen a huge part of our roasted pork that we brought for prayers. They refused to admit it as we could not find a certain part (the best part of meat) after they chopped up (horribly) in their kitchen. Nirvana is not at fault for the stolen part, only the kitchen people but we raised an issue to management who assured us their contract will be terminated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience for our family members. A Big Shout Out to ...Jessica , Lum & also those Foreign workers for being attentive service was excellent really appreciate this kind of customer service.
My only complaint was the Tang Villa cafe food is lousy, service even worse . Price is expensive. I would have given 5stars if not bcoz tis cafe. Don't forget we're forced to have lunch there, they thought their business is damn good ?.
Sg besi caterer is 100x better.
Nirvana management pls take note.

Massive durian near the ghost Hotel. Clean. I'm OK to die and have my ashes scattered here in the pond.
