★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an express counter provided for people who buy 10 or less items. However, there are still some stubborn customers who are queueing at the lane with A TROLLEY of items. It is sad to see customers who are LACK OF COMMON SENSE. Hope that management can do something to prevent continuous long queues and unnecessary act of low mentality. The rest is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More changes must be made for the visitor especially around 6.00 pm because customer visit very high inthis period.So pls provide more counter sevices at this moment.I understand most of the staff take a break at 6 pm but this is the real quality that Nirvana can provide.
