★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a Nissan Serena Highway Star 2018. The Clarion player is totally useless, rear display is not functioning at all. USB reader keeps failing both first and second USB. Rear safety belt can't be unbuckled without an actual screw driver. And Nissan Malaysia couldn't do anything about it. And I've asked the sales person. All Nissan Serena 2018 has the same problem and there is nothing they can do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Quality of car is horrible, engine spare part one by one having problem, without knowing the real cause. Had brought the case to NCCC with all the supporting documents and evidence.
Don't buy Nissan car.

Im owning a Nissan Navara NP300 for 1 year plus and i found out that the door rubber from the driver side attached to the car body is really easilly to get broken.This issue happened more than 1 times and when im trying to claim for warranty,Nissan Malaysia said that this is a wear and tear item and cannot be claimed but In customer point of view,this is because Nissan was given a low or bad quality products so that it is easilly to get broken.Even a local car brand is better than Nissan!
So many car and brand i have owned and none from them are having this kind of issue!
Somemore this is a pickup truck and is built for tough and adventure driving experience so it shouldnt be so soft(door rubber)!
Im very dissappointed on buying a Nissan and will not or recommend it to any of my friends or family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tan chong can rather sell the car with 0 years warranty coverage. Sub par quality parts ans they always find ways to reject the warranty claim. I have had issues with my a/c compressor ever since i owned the x-trail and the warranty claims has been rejected with a so called resson which is not acceptable. Please stay away from this scam guys, i even have purchased an extended warraty which is another big scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my nissan air con compressor spoilt and is still under warranty, but when called to service Centre, am being told no stock whole Malaysia have to order from Japan and need to wait 1-2 months. I have to endure vibrating sounds in my car and aircon not cooling for the past 1 month past and still counting. Is the person who keeps stock for the company sitting on his/her job and causing buyers to suffer?
