★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite satisfied with their service overall. The staff at the counter was polite, helpful and even remembered me from my last vist. Would have given 5 stars but for a couple of minor niggles. The instructions as you drive in says to wait in your car to be attended to. Had to wait quite a while before someone came out even though there wasn't anyone else in the queue. In the mean time, others who came later but parked and walked in were attended to immediately. Also a request to look into some rattling in the dashboard wasn't met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad for technical parts, because of the negligence, the same issue occurred again minutes after I got the car days ago AGAIN. I have to waste my time to send my car again.
On the other hand, I've failed to contact the operator of PJ Service Centre although calling had been made umpteen times. It's really terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately I had sent my car to service centre more than a fortnight ago to fix the car boot sensor which was not functioning properly. After a full day Of waiting I was told the sensor malfunctioned and need replacement and have to wait for approval from their HQ.I was told they required 4 weeks fir approval. This is unacceptable.

Hightlighted some issues and was rectified proffesionally. Also to my queries and quotations. Was also advised on the waiting time as well.
