★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from Semenanjung for vacation and all sudden my car Nissan Elgrand was vibrating at low speed. It was noon Saturday. I had no idea where to go and my brother advised me to find nissan service centre. So i called the number and was informed they only work half day that day due to covid19 restriction.
However one of the Service Advisor Saiful gave returned call and asked me to elaborate more on the issue. He asked me to bring the car to service center and willing to do the checkup. Im so glad, managed to get the car to the Sc and diagnosed with misfire. Luckily, spare part shop still open. Saiful also promote new TCE package for oil service for rm200 which is very affordable with qualities. As i never went to SC nissan before hearsay expensive services, this will change my view entirely. Tq Saiful and Wandi( Mechanic) for your good assistance solving my issue even taking up your time. My biggest concern earlier was, if cant be repaired today, i will miss my roro ferry to Kuala Perlis on Sunday. Again tq to both of them. And i was surprised Saiful is only 24 years old and had vast of knowledge about what is he doing.
